Load balancing turned on again.
All this time we have been operating on one server. Yes one server, though we did experience some high serverloads, the server overall handled the load fine. We have now turned on all of our servers to handle the load. This should result in faster speeds, however this is dependent on the lag bug which I now think is either caused by lack of bandwidth or a configuration error.
