We’ve been made aware of two issues recently.
1. We have had intermittent downtime throughout the day. We’re working on this.
Edit 1: We’ve debugged problem 1. It is due to one of our network carriers having connectivity issues. This is something outside of our control and our datacenter is reportedly trying to improve the issue.
2. Problems with non-ascii characters have caused problems with posting topics to logging on as users on our site. We’re also investigating these reports.
